I am so glad i decided to start a blog at the beginning of my summer break. i figured it would give me something to do during my downtime. Since starting a summer course at my school, i have continued to post which is amazing considering i usually dont keep up with the little projects i do once school’s in session. 

I’ve found that to run a successful blog, one must invest significant time in looking at other accounts and connecting with other writers. As i scroll through the community pool and first friday comments, i click on as many blogs as i can to get a feel for what other members of the wordpress community take interest in.

i am excited to see how far i will take this site, the possibilities are endless!




Thank you to all of my followers, i am glad you’ve found something interesting about my blog. ☺️ I will be back to posting consistently by the end of next week, so get ready!

  1. Good for you Abbie. I don’t think there’s a magic formula. I’ve noticed that some ppl get huge followings by posting all sorts of stuff that maybe I don’t think is that inspiring. Others have very high quality content and have 25 followers…. Strange… Each to their own. I passed the 100 mark not too long ago and now I have 175. I just do my own weird shit and hope that someone can appreciate it! Good job on the milestone and keep it up!

    1. You are so right. Every good blog is so unique, i definitely prefer quality over quantity. Thank you so much for the congratulations, I have just turned in my final paper for my summer class so now i have free time and i’ll be back to posting soon 🙂
